Learning Designer for Technology Talent

Job Summary

A company is looking for a SME Technology Talent Management (Freelancer).

Key Responsibilities

• Design engaging and impactful learning experiences for technology talent management
• Create a lean syllabus, including course objectives and module breakdowns
• Develop multimedia content and a gamification strategy for the learning platform

Required Qualifications

• Experience in learning design or as a subject matter expert in technology talent management
• Ability to create asynchronous content with interactive elements
• Familiarity with Cornerstone or similar learning management systems
• Proficiency in English, with additional language skills in Brazilian Portuguese and Spanish preferred
• Strong understanding of hybrid team dynamics and employee engagement strategies
