Learning Designer - Saskatchewan

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time contract basis, the Learning Designer - Saskatchewan will focus on creating and implementing effective learning solutions to enhance client training experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging learning materials and programs tailored to client needs
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance
• Evaluate and assess the effectiveness of learning initiatives and make improvements as necessary

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field
• Experience in instructional design and e-learning development
• Proficiency in learning management systems and authoring tools
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and methodologies
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
