Job Summary

A company is looking for a Learning Developer (FTE).

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize various e-learning tools to develop engaging learning materials
• Work with rapid e-learning tools and manage projects within deadlines and budgets
• Collaborate with clients and colleagues to present and explain ideas effectively

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience with e-learning tools
• Hands-on experience with rapid e-learning tools such as STORYLINE, Articulate, and Captivate
• Familiarity with Learning Content Management Systems (LCMS) and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Experience with multimedia software like Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Flash is a plus
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work under pressure
