Job Summary
A company is looking for a Learning & Development Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver engaging instructional content for independent agents
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to ensure training materials align with business objectives
- Analyze agent performance data to improve learning materials and meet key performance indicators (KPIs)
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Education, Instructional Design, Media, or a relevant field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in designing training curricula or related fields
- Experience with eLearning authoring tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of instructional design strategies
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
