Job Summary

A company is looking for a Learning & Development Analyst.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and deliver engaging instructional content for independent agents
  • Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to ensure training materials align with business objectives
  • Analyze agent performance data to improve learning materials and meet key performance indicators (KPIs)
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Education, Instructional Design, Media, or a relevant field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in designing training curricula or related fields
  • Experience with eLearning authoring tools and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of instructional design strategies
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
