Learning Development Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting Learning & Development initiatives, the full-time remote Learning and Development Business Intelligence Analyst will deliver data-driven insights through the development of dashboards, reports, and automated solutions to enhance learning effectiveness and operational performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions
- Automate business processes and reporting workflows using Power Automate and Power Apps
- Analyze learning, workforce, and operational data to identify trends and opportunities
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Human Resources, Information Systems, Learning & Development, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in business intelligence, reporting, analytics, HR analytics, or learning analytics
- Experience building dashboards and reports using Power BI
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis and reporting
- Preferred experience with Learning Management Systems and digital adoption platforms
