Job Summary

A company is looking for a Learning & Development Contractor.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and maintenance of enterprise onboarding programs and learning paths
• Assist in the creation and delivery of manager training on core topics
• Administer learning platforms and ensure training content is accurate and up-to-date

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, HR, or a related field
• Experience with onboarding and manager training programs
• Comfort working in a regulated or compliance-aware environment
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to partner effectively with cross-functional teams
