Job Summary

To execute Enterprise Learning & Development (L&D) strategies, the fully remote Learning & Development Senior Consultant II will conduct learning needs analysis, develop effective learning solutions, and collaborate with stakeholders to align learning initiatives with business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build trusted relationships with business leaders and HR partners to align learning strategies with business objectives
  • Conduct learning needs analysis to identify skills gaps and support measurable learning objectives
  • Collaborate with learning designers to develop and implement learning interventions that enhance skills and performance
Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in a Learning & Development role
  • 2+ years of experience with instructional design
  • Proficiency in Articulate Rise and Storyline, with preferred experience in additional design tools
  • Experience in applying AI and emerging technologies in learning design
  • Knowledge of global learning design and accessibility compliance
