Job Summary
To execute Enterprise Learning & Development (L&D) strategies, the fully remote Learning & Development Senior Consultant II will conduct learning needs analysis, develop effective learning solutions, and collaborate with stakeholders to align learning initiatives with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Build trusted relationships with business leaders and HR partners to align learning strategies with business objectives
- Conduct learning needs analysis to identify skills gaps and support measurable learning objectives
- Collaborate with learning designers to develop and implement learning interventions that enhance skills and performance
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in a Learning & Development role
- 2+ years of experience with instructional design
- Proficiency in Articulate Rise and Storyline, with preferred experience in additional design tools
- Experience in applying AI and emerging technologies in learning design
- Knowledge of global learning design and accessibility compliance
