Job Summary
Partnering with business leaders to design and enhance learning solutions, the fully remote Learning & Development Senior Consultant I will leverage instructional design and data-driven insights to improve learner experiences and drive skills-based development initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Consult with business partners to identify learning needs and develop aligned solutions
- Design, develop, and continuously improve learning programs and performance support resources
- Measure and evaluate learning effectiveness, translating findings into actionable recommendations
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3+ years of experience in instructional design or a related field required
- Experience with Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, Camtasia, or Vyond
