Job Summary

A company is looking for a Learning & Development Contractor specializing in Gamified Training Development.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop interactive training programs using gamification principles
• Suggest enhancements to gamify existing training and learning programs
• Convert complex content into dynamic learning experiences through storytelling and gameplay mechanics

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in instructional design, L&D, or eLearning development
• Demonstrated experience in creating gamified training or simulations
• Proficiency with interactive learning tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate)
• Strong understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design models
• Strong portfolio showcasing interactive and game-based training programs
