Job Summary
Supporting HSN and QVC, the full-time remote Learning & Development Instructional Design Partner will design, develop, and maintain innovative learning programs that empower high-volume business units, collaborating closely with stakeholders to deliver effective training solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Develop learning content and materials to meet specific learning objectives
- Oversee end-to-end design projects, including eLearning and instructor-led content
- Consult with subject matter experts to conduct needs analysis and create tailored learning solutions
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in developing and facilitating adult learning programs
- Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theory
- Experience managing design projects using the ADDIE model
- Proficiency with the Articulate Suite and LMS administration
- Experience in contact centers, customer service, or high-volume operations
