Job Summary

A company is looking for a Learning Design & Development Lead.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner on the design, delivery, and evolution of learning and development programs across the employee lifecycle
  • Design and develop engaging multi-modal learning experiences using various tools and apply instructional design principles
  • Co-facilitate virtual and in-person learning sessions, creating inclusive environments that adapt to audience needs
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in Learning & Development with a focus on program design and delivery
  • Hands-on experience with courseware development using Articulate Rise and/or Storyline
  • Experience facilitating live learning sessions, both virtual and in-person
  • Strong instructional design skills and ability to translate complex topics into practical learning experiences
  • Curiosity about AI and its potential to enhance learning and development processes
