Job Summary

To support a growing corporate training function, the hybrid Learning & Development Lead will design and implement innovative learning strategies that leverage AI and contextual delivery mechanisms to enhance employee skill development and align with business goals.

Key responsibilities
  • Build the blueprint and strategy for Wing's centralized corporate training function to serve the global workforce
  • Evaluate and implement modern, AI-driven learning tools and adaptive learning paths to enhance employee training
  • Partner with various client groups and executive leadership to align learning objectives with organizational metrics and regulatory requirements
Required qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in instructional design, corporate learning, or people development in fast-growing technology companies or related industries
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong background in instructional design theories and learning psychology
  • Active experience incorporating AI solutions into dynamic learning workflows
  • Ability to link learning interventions to core business metrics rather than completion rates
