Job Summary

To ensure seamless operations for the Learning team, the full-time Learning & Development Lead will manage professional development scheduling, oversee facilitator development, and personally deliver training sessions in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the scheduling pipeline for professional development sessions, ensuring timely staffing and communication with customers
  • Build and manage a pipeline of qualified facilitators, including interviewing, onboarding, and maintaining accurate records
  • Deliver professional development sessions and maintain fluency in content and delivery standards
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in project/program management, customer success, or operations, preferably in education or professional development
  • Experience delivering training sessions to groups and managing related operations
  • Proven ability to manage scheduling and customer-facing operations at scale
  • Proficiency in project management, CRM, and spreadsheet tools, with a track record of process improvement
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective correspondence and planning
