Job Summary

A company is looking for a Learning & Development Certification Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the development and management of software product certification programs
• Design and facilitate learning and development programs aligned with organizational goals
• Monitor and evaluate training program effectiveness and report metrics to leadership

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in designing and developing learning programs
• Experience in developing and maintaining certification programs
• Strong project management skills and business acumen
• Proficient in Learning Management Systems, particularly Workday Learning
