Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager - Learning & Development to establish and lead a newly formed L&D team responsible for designing, developing, and implementing impactful learning solutions aligned with business strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and lead a high-performing L&D team including instructional designers and implementation specialists
  • Define the L&D strategy and oversee end-to-end learning solution design and delivery
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and monitor program effectiveness through learning analytics
Required Qualifications
  • 10-15 years in learning & development with leadership experience
  • Advanced degree in HR, Learning, Education, or related field
  • Experience building or scaling L&D teams
  • Familiarity with modern learning technologies and learning experience platforms
