Learning & Development Manager

Job Summary

Managing the day-to-day logistics of training and onboarding care teams, the full-time salaried Learning & Development Manager will coordinate training sessions, oversee trainers, and ensure new hires complete onboarding on schedule in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Translate training frameworks into session-level designs and manage the delivery of training
• Review training effectiveness metrics and implement continuous improvement strategies based on feedback
• Coordinate new hire onboarding processes and ensure alignment with training timelines for market launches

Required qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in Learning & Development or training program management
• Proven experience scaling training programs across multiple sites
• Track record of managing trainers or training delivery staff
• Strong organizational skills for managing multiple training initiatives and stakeholders
• Healthcare experience is strongly preferred
