• Collaborate with subject matter experts to analyze training needs in Home Health and Hospice, focusing on revenue cycle management
• Design and develop engaging instructional materials for revenue cycle training initiatives
• Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and changes in reimbursement policies affecting Home Health and Hospice

• Strong project management skills

• In-depth knowledge of revenue cycle workflows, billing processes, and reimbursement methodologies
• Experience in healthcare compliance and regulatory requirements related to revenue cycle management is a plus
