Learning & Development Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Learning & Development Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute learning measurement activities and analyze data to assess learning effectiveness
• Support the execution and optimization of onboarding programs and monitor learner feedback
• Assist in planning and executing L&OD initiatives while supporting the use of modern learning technologies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of relevant experience in learning analytics or related fields
• Strong proficiency in data analysis and experience with modern analytics tools
• Experience with learning platforms and ability to communicate insights to non-technical audiences
• Strong project management skills and ability to coordinate work across multiple functions
• Interest in emerging learning technologies and AI-assisted analytics tools is a plus
