Learning & Development Program Manager

Job Summary

Managing the design and development of digital learning solutions, the full-time Learning & Development Program Manager will create engaging educational content using Articulate tools while collaborating with various stakeholders in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end instructional design and development of digital and blended learning solutions
• Design and build interactive learning experiences using Articulate Rise and Storyline
• Manage localization and adaptation of learning assets for global affiliates

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Expert-level experience with Articulate Rise and Articulate Storyline (2+ years)
• Strong background in instructional design and adult learning principles
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning deployment
• Proficiency in multimedia production and AI-enabled content creation tools
