Job Summary
To support an electric utility client, the full-time Learning & Development Project Manager will manage project execution, coordinate cross-functional workstreams, and track progress to ensure alignment with business priorities, while working remotely with local equipment pickup in Southern California.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day project execution, including timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables
- Coordinate cross-functional workstreams to support enterprise-wide leadership development and digital fluency initiatives
- Facilitate project meetings, document decisions, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project and program management
