Job Summary

A company is looking for a Learning & Development Specialist to support talent development and learning programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the implementation and execution of learning programs that enhance employee engagement and retention
  • Develop and deliver engaging eLearning and instructor-led training sessions in collaboration with subject matter experts
  • Assist in the management of employee engagement surveys and facilitate leadership development programs
Required Qualifications:
  • 2-3 years of experience in organizational learning/training within a virtual setting
  • Experience in creating engaging training content that aligns with company culture
  • Highly self-motivated with a passion for continuous improvement
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborative team player with strong analytical skills
