Job Summary
A company is looking for a Learning & Development Specialist to support talent development and learning programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the implementation and execution of learning programs that enhance employee engagement and retention
- Develop and deliver engaging eLearning and instructor-led training sessions in collaboration with subject matter experts
- Assist in the management of employee engagement surveys and facilitate leadership development programs
Required Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in organizational learning/training within a virtual setting
- Experience in creating engaging training content that aligns with company culture
- Highly self-motivated with a passion for continuous improvement
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborative team player with strong analytical skills
