Job Summary

A company is looking for a Learning & Development Specialist in Virtual Healthcare.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) and develop training resources
  • Facilitate onboarding programs for new hires and ongoing training for existing staff
  • Collaborate with managers to identify performance gaps and create targeted training solutions


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field preferred or equivalent experience
  • 2-4 years of experience in organizational development within a healthcare environment
  • Strong experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Understanding of adult learning principles and experience in training development
  • Skilled in utilizing course authoring tools and managing multiple training initiatives
