Job Summary

A company is looking for a Learning & Development Specialist - Revenue Cycle Training.

Key Responsibilities

• Consults with Revenue Cycle customers to determine appropriate solutions for business needs
• Conducts needs analysis to identify performance and engagement objectives
• Designs, develops, and delivers effective training materials and programs for various learning environments

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 3 years of relevant work experience
• Knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design principles
• Experience with training needs analysis and consulting
• Proficiency in educational multimedia and training development tools
