Learning & Development Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Learning & Development Specialist who will design and implement innovative learning solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging e-learning modules and job aids
• Administer and support the Learning Management System (LMS) and provide user guidance
• Manage and organize the internal HR intranet and support learning and development programs

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in e-learning development and LMS administration
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and training design methods
• Demonstrated project management skills
• Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools and Microsoft Office suite
• Experience with LMS integration and digital design tools is preferred
