Job Summary

A company is looking for a Learning & Development Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) and training content
Coordinate and support onboarding and new hire training across various roles
Assist in employee and leadership development initiatives and track training effectiveness

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Education, Human Resources, Business, or a related field
Experience in learning & development, training, instructional design, or onboarding
Demonstrated ability to design and develop training content
Comfortable working in a construction, operations, or field-based environment
Experience with LMS platforms or SOP-driven environments is a plus
