Learning & Development Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Learning & Development Instructional Program Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and update learning experiences using adult learning principles across various formats
• Coordinate the delivery of ongoing learning programs and track participation and completion data
• Support day-to-day administration of the learning management system and partner on system improvements

Required Qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience in instructional design, learning facilitation, or training programs
• Experience coordinating multi-session learning programs or development initiatives
• Working knowledge of learning management systems; experience with Workday Learning preferred
• Experience using eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate 360
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a remote work environment
