Job Summary

Learning & Development Specialist is a part-time, hybrid position responsible for guiding and implementing staff support initiatives in recruitment, onboarding, training, and professional development for a diverse team in the Chicagoland area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and coordinate an annual all-staff learning plan in collaboration with various stakeholders
  • Implement training opportunities and evaluate learning outcomes to ensure skills are effectively practiced and reinforced
  • Plan and facilitate monthly staff meetings and annual events to strengthen team culture and unity
Required Qualifications
  • Mature and personal Christian faith
  • 2+ years of experience in training coordination or adult education
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Familiarity with online learning platforms and HR compliance training
