Job Summary
To support a growing organization, the remote Learning & Development Senior Specialist will design, deliver, and evaluate training programs that enhance employee skills and align with business goals while collaborating with leaders and subject matter experts.
Key responsibilities
- Assess learning needs through surveys, interviews, and performance data to identify development opportunities
- Design and develop engaging training content and programs in partnership with subject matter experts
- Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions, contributing to employee growth initiatives
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of relevant experience in learning and development, training, or instructional design
- Experience administering or working within a Learning Management System (LMS)
- Experience developing training programs and learning content
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design practices
