Learning Development Specialist

Job Summary

To support a dynamic learning environment, the temporary Learning Development Specialist will plan and implement comprehensive training programs, develop engaging learning materials, and monitor compliance in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and implement training programs, including both instructor-led and virtual sessions
• Select and develop learning materials that engage participants and achieve desired outcomes
• Analyze course evaluations to assess training effectiveness and implement necessary improvements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 5 or more years of experience in training or learning development
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Project
• Passion for contributing to an organization focused on improving consumer experiences
