Learning Enablement Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Learning Enablement.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a learning consultant to identify performance gaps and develop learning roadmaps
• Engineer and execute learning strategies across the full design process to drive business outcomes
• Leverage learning analytics to share insights and results with business areas

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in instructional design and training delivery
• Familiarity with eLearning and design tools such as Articulate and Camtasia
• Experience designing and delivering scalable learning strategies
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
