Learning Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Learning Engineer to develop solutions to complex learning challenges and opportunities in the field of educational technology and digital education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop learning solutions based on research in learning science and educational technology
• Research and prototype solutions using generative AI tools to enhance the learning experience
• Collaborate with internal and external experts to stay updated on developments in the field of generative AI for online learning

Required Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in instructional technology, instructional design, online program management, or related field
• Experience using emerging generative AI technologies
• Bachelor's degree in educational technology, instructional design, curriculum design, educational psychology, or related field
• In-depth knowledge and practical experience with educational technology and systems
• Demonstrated experience leading diverse projects and teams
