Job Summary

A company is looking for a Learning Experience & LMS Administrator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and optimize Workday Learning, including courses and learner experience
  • Build role-based learning pathways and develop eLearning content
  • Measure and improve learning effectiveness through tracking and reporting
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, HR, Organizational Development, or related field preferred
  • 2+ years of LMS administration and instructional design experience
  • Experience creating eLearning content using tools like Articulate
  • Direct experience with Workday Learning administration is strongly preferred
  • Experience in establishing LMS standards and scalable structures
