Job Summary
A company is looking for a Learning Experience & LMS Administrator.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and optimize Workday Learning, including courses and learner experience
- Build role-based learning pathways and develop eLearning content
- Measure and improve learning effectiveness through tracking and reporting
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, HR, Organizational Development, or related field preferred
- 2+ years of LMS administration and instructional design experience
- Experience creating eLearning content using tools like Articulate
- Direct experience with Workday Learning administration is strongly preferred
- Experience in establishing LMS standards and scalable structures
