Learning Experience & AI Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Learning Experience & AI Lead to enhance peer-to-peer tutoring through innovative AI integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze tutoring sessions and program data to identify drivers of student success and measure tutoring quality
• Lead AI-driven innovation by partnering with external research teams and conducting experimental pilots
• Develop and enhance the tutor training system to empower tutors and improve learner connections

Required Qualifications

• Experience in teaching and/or tutoring, even informally
• Proven experience piloting new ideas from end-to-end in professional or personal projects
• Experience in developing product features using qualitative and quantitative data
• A minimum of one year of cross-functional experience at a startup or tech-based nonprofit
• Familiarity with AI models and a strong understanding of their application in educational contexts
