Learning Experience Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Learning Experience Consultant to design and develop innovative training solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Front End Analysis/Task Analyses with Subject Matter Experts to document content-specific knowledge for training development
• Design and develop comprehensive training content, including instructor slides, handbooks, and assessments
• Provide mentorship and review training content created by team members to ensure quality and alignment

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in education, instructional design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience (10 years)
• 3+ years of experience in designing and delivering learning solutions using various media
• Proficiency in using Articulate for training content creation
• Strong organizational skills and experience with technical writing and documentation
• Experience with e-learning authoring software and strong QA/QC skills
