Job Summary

A company is looking for an LX Design Team Lead (B2B).

Key Responsibilities

• Hire, onboard, and lead a team of Learning Experience Designers and Editors while fostering a collaborative team culture
• Define and enforce Learning Experience standards, ensuring consistency and quality across all formats
• Oversee the design and launch of new learning programs and establish QA processes to measure learning effectiveness

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in Learning Experience Design or Instructional Design in Edtech companies
• Proven leadership experience managing LX designers, SMEs, or curriculum teams
• Strong grounding in learning science, adult learning theory, and assessment design
• Experience designing across asynchronous and synchronous formats
• English proficiency (B2+)
