Job Summary

A company is looking for a Learning Experience Designer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop customer-facing learning experiences, including structured training programs and self-paced courses
  • Apply adult learning theory to create engaging and accessible learning experiences
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create and validate learning content
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of two years of experience in learning experience design, instructional design, or training development
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Instructional Design or Educational Technology
  • Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theory
  • Experience designing digital learning experiences for customers
  • Familiarity with learning technologies such as LMS platforms and authoring tools
