Job Summary
A company is looking for a Learning Experience Designer.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop customer-facing learning experiences, including structured training programs and self-paced courses
- Apply adult learning theory to create engaging and accessible learning experiences
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create and validate learning content
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of experience in learning experience design, instructional design, or training development
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Instructional Design or Educational Technology
- Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theory
- Experience designing digital learning experiences for customers
- Familiarity with learning technologies such as LMS platforms and authoring tools
