Learning Experience Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a part-time Learning Experience Designer.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging online courses in collaboration with subject matter experts
• Ensure alignment of curriculum, assessments, and online content while employing best practices in teaching and learning
• Oversee project management processes and maintain course-related content within the Learning Management System

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in a related field preferred
• Three to four years of experience in course development or related fields
• Experience with eLearning development tools and online course creation platforms
• Two years of higher education experience in instruction or curriculum development preferred
• Project management certification or training is a plus
