Learning Experience Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Learning Experience Designer to join their global Learning and Development team.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Learning & Development team to create tailored learning experiences, including eLearning and in-person training
• Gather content from business leaders and subject matter experts to design effective learning materials
• Conduct quality assurance for learning products and apply adult learning theories to enhance engagement

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in developing engaging synchronous and asynchronous learning experiences
• Expertise in authoring tools such as Storyline, Rise, and Camtasia
• Minimum 3 years of adult training or teaching experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; certification in Instructional Design preferred
• Strong video creation and editing skills
