Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to design effective learning solutions
• Develop engaging instructional materials, including e-learning modules and assessments
• Conduct quality assurance reviews of learning content and continuously improve learning solutions

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience, ideally in Tech/SaaS
• Proficiency in instructional design models and principles
• Experience with LMS platforms and e-learning authoring tools
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work well under tight deadlines and adapt to changing demands
