Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Learning Science, Educational Technology, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in designing and developing learning content for corporate audiences
• Proficiency with modern learning design tools and familiarity with LMS platforms
• Strong understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design models
• Experience in evaluating learning effectiveness through data and feedback
