Learning Experience Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Learning Experience Designer (LXD) to design and deliver scalable learning solutions for its workforce.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging, outcome-driven learning solutions across various modalities
• Partner with stakeholders to identify learning needs and conduct needs analyses
• Define success metrics and evaluate learning effectiveness to continuously improve solutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in instructional design or a related role
• Experience designing both virtual and instructor-led training programs
• Strong experience developing e-learning and multimedia content
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning platforms
