Learning Experience Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Learning Experience Designer to join their Talent Development team.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging learning content across various formats, including e-learning modules and instructor-led materials
• Lead the end-to-end design process, applying instructional design principles to develop clear learning journeys
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify learning needs and develop targeted solutions

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of instructional design experience, preferably in a SaaS or high-growth environment
• Experience building L&D programs from an early stage
• Hands-on experience with LMS tools, preferably Sana LMS
• Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline or Rise
• Strong command of AI tools to enhance learning design
