Job Summary

A company is looking for a Learning Experience Designer - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging learning solutions, including eLearning and blended experiences
• Define measurable learning and performance objectives aligned with organizational goals
• Create compelling visuals and multimedia assets to enhance learner engagement and communication

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Learning Experience Design, Instructional Design, Education, or a related field
• 2 years of experience in designing and developing learning solutions
• Proven understanding of instructional design and adult learning principles
• Experience with graphic design technologies and authoring tools like Articulate Rise and Storyline
• Basic Microsoft 365 skills
