Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop comprehensive learning programs and content for volunteer onboarding and education
• Conduct learning needs analyses and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex content into engaging learning experiences

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in designing and delivering learning experiences or programs
• Strong application of adult learning principles
• Experience with e-learning authoring tools and learning management systems (LMS)
• Understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive learning design
• Experience managing projects, timelines, and deliverables
