Job Summary

A company is looking for a Learning Experience Designer to create engaging learning products that enhance team performance and patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop various learning products, including eLearning and instructor-led programs
• Collaborate with stakeholders to assess learning needs and ensure alignment with organizational goals
• Manage learning projects from inception to launch, maintaining timelines and evaluating effectiveness

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Adult Education, or a related field; Master's preferred
• 5+ years of experience in instructional design and eLearning development
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Canva, and Articulate 360
• Experience applying organizational brand standards in learning content
• Knowledge of rapid instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles
