Job Summary

A company is looking for a Learning Experience Designer Specialist (LXD) to design and deliver impactful learning experiences for primary care practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze training needs and develop learning objectives in collaboration with stakeholders
• Design scalable learning solutions across various formats that align with organizational goals
• Manage projects independently, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to timelines

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, curriculum design, health care management, or related field preferred
• 5+ years of experience in designing learning solutions within innovative industries
• Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and their functionalities
• Experience in diverse delivery environments including live, blended, and on-demand learning
• Strong video editing experience and familiarity with eLearning authoring tools like Camtasia and Articulate 360
