Learning Experience Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Learning Experiences Designer to enhance the visual engagement and interactivity of educational content.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and improve completed learning modules for visual engagement and interactivity
• Process approximately 5 learning resources daily, diagnosing issues and recommending enhancements
• Collaborate with instructional designers and engineers to maintain content integrity while improving engagement

Required Qualifications

• 1.5+ years of experience in interaction design, visual design, or UX/UI focused on educational content
• Portfolio required, showcasing work samples from learning environments and design rationale
• Familiarity with component libraries and understanding of React components
• Experience with AI-integrated prototyping or design-to-code tools
• Working knowledge of LMS environments like Blackboard or Canvas
