Job Summary

Learning Experience Designer, responsible for creating engaging, AI-forward training experiences in a full-time remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Design realistic, threat-informed training that promotes risk recognition and behavior change
• Manage the entire learning content lifecycle from needs analysis to delivery
• Utilize various multimedia and gamification techniques to enhance learner engagement

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience in instructional design or eLearning content development
• Advanced skills in Articulate Storyline and familiarity with the Articulate 360 suite
• Understanding of adult learning principles and outcome-driven design
• Experience with AI tools for content creation and enhancement
• Ability to conduct learning needs assessments and analyze training requirements
