Job Summary

To support a growing healthcare team, the full-time remote Learning Experience Designer will create impactful training materials, manage training logistics, and enhance the internal knowledge base to ensure staff are equipped to deliver exceptional patient experiences.

Key responsibilities
  • Create training materials such as e-learning modules and workshops that simplify complex clinical workflows
  • Oversee the organization and updating of the Confluence knowledge base in collaboration with Subject Matter Experts
  • Manage the logistics of training sessions, including scheduling and coordinating shadowing opportunities for new hires
Required qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Corporate Training, or Instructional Design, preferably in healthcare or tech
  • Expertise in G-Suite applications (Slides, Sheets, Docs) and familiarity with health operations software
  • Proficiency in instructional design frameworks with a focus on engaging technical content
  • Experience in building L&D functions in rapidly scaling environments
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced setting
