Job Summary
To create impactful learning solutions, the full-time Learning Experience Designer will design and deliver training programs, conduct needs assessments, and collaborate with business leaders and L&D teams, with the flexibility to work remotely or in-office.
Key responsibilities
- Design and develop various learning solutions, including instructor-led training and eLearning courses
- Consult with business leaders and subject matter experts to translate business needs into effective learning strategies
- Measure and analyze the effectiveness of learning programs to connect outcomes to business performance
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred in instructional design, education, or a related field
- Three years of experience in instructional design or educational content development
- Experience in designing scalable learning solutions for classroom, virtual, and online formats
- Proficiency with tools such as Storyline, Captivate, HTML5, Adobe Creative Cloud, and/or video editing software
- Demonstrated ability to apply adult learning principles and modern design practices
