Job Summary

To create impactful learning solutions, the full-time Learning Experience Designer will design and deliver training programs, conduct needs assessments, and collaborate with business leaders and L&D teams, with the flexibility to work remotely or in-office.

Key responsibilities
  • Design and develop various learning solutions, including instructor-led training and eLearning courses
  • Consult with business leaders and subject matter experts to translate business needs into effective learning strategies
  • Measure and analyze the effectiveness of learning programs to connect outcomes to business performance
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred in instructional design, education, or a related field
  • Three years of experience in instructional design or educational content development
  • Experience in designing scalable learning solutions for classroom, virtual, and online formats
  • Proficiency with tools such as Storyline, Captivate, HTML5, Adobe Creative Cloud, and/or video editing software
  • Demonstrated ability to apply adult learning principles and modern design practices
